"When I was getting married, I didn’t know anywhere else to look or anyone else to ask but him (Chef Alton).

We talked about the menu and he came up with the BEST tasting food I could think of. It wasn’t over the top but just right for what we were looking for. We did the tasting at our house, because of course he was accommodating, (but) even though we were at home his presentation and explanation of the food was on point.
He discussed seating arrangements, the time his team would be at the venue for set up, clean up and break down...he (even) used students who were trying to get some experience in the food and hospitality industry.
The best part of the night was when my in-laws were being picky and asking for some hot sauce, even though the food didn’t need it, he handled it well without even allowing me to get involved to mess up our wedding day.
After the wedding, many guests were asking who he was and they would love for him to do events for them.
Would I use his service again? Yes! Would I recommend him to others? Yes, I would!
